Spring League

2025 EYBA SPRING LEAGUE - REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SOON:

NEW THIS YEAR!!  SEBA is pleased to announce that we will be organizing teams for registration for the EYBA Spring League this season.

If you are interested in Coaching a team, please email info@southeastbasketball.com as we will only be accepting individual registrations based on the number of coaches that are available in each division.  

EYBA is now offering two separate leagues of play for Spring League this year:

1. EYBA Community Affiliated Spring League - (you must belong to an EYBA association and is only for EYBA member teams).

• Registration: Opens January 29, 2025
  • If your age category does not show up in RAMP it is because we don't have any space available in that age category due to lack of coaches.  If you are interested in coaching, please email info@southeastbasketball.com.

  • If you are seeing packages in your age division with Coaches names attached to them that are asking for a password that is because you are trying to register directly to a coaches team.  If there are any available spots on those teams they will be available by registering in the individual registration package for each division and that package WILL NOT ask for a password.  The package will look like this 13U Boys SEBA 2025 Spring League

• Registration Process:
• Handled through SEBA RAMP registration.
• Players will be placed with their fall/winter coaches if they continue to coach; otherwise assigned to a new team based on coach availability.
• Support Provided:
• Equipment, jerseys and practice gym provided
• Cost:
• $275 per player (all age categories)

• Deadline to Register: February 28, 2025 (May close earlier if age categories reach capacity)
• Team Registration:  Registering as a team is also an option.  If interested, the coach can email info@southeastbasketball.com and request a "password protected" package to be created for their team to select when registering.

 

2. Open / Club Spring League - could be a combination of Non EYBA teams (club) and EYBA teams.

• Registration: Opens January 17, 2025
• Registration Process:
• Teams register through EYBA directly and are responsible for their own arrangements.
• Support Provided:
• SEBA does not assist with registration, equipment or practice facilities for the Open / Club league.

Spring League Play Begins: March 30, 2025

Spring League "Main Round" Play Ends: Approximate May 25rd, 2025

Spring League "Playoffs" Play Ends: Approximate June 15, 2025

Guaranteed 10 games

Majority of Games will be played at these Facilities:

• The EYBA Centre
• Saville Centre
• Legacy Athletics
• Occasional School Gym Use TBA (Locations to be included on schedule)

DIVISIONS OF PLAY:

11U Boys and Girls.  Born in 2014 or later (Play on 10 Foot hoops and 5 on 5)
13U Boys and Girls.  Born in 2012-2013
15U Boys and Girls.  Born in 2010-2011
18U Boys and Girls.  Born in 2007-2009

NOTE FOR ALL DIVISIONS:  PLAYERS CAN PLAY UP AN AGE GROUP (UNDER-AGED) BUT NO OVER-AGED PLAYERS ARE ELIGIBLE IN ANY DIVISION.

 POTENTIAL TENTATIVE PLAYING NIGHTS (subject to change pending EYBA gym rentals - typically 1 game per week:

11U Boys and Girls - Wednesday Nights and Saturdays

13U Boys  - Monday nights and Saturdays

13U Girls - Tuesday nights and Saturdays

15U Boys - Thursday nights and Saturdays

15U Girls - Tuesday nights and Saturdays

18U Girls - Wednesday nights and Saturdays

18U Boys - Sunday Nights (typically start after 3:00 PM) and Saturdays
